Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

• 4 salmon fillets
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 cup butter
• Juice from 1 lemon

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rub both sides of the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
3. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
4. While the salmon is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
5. Add the lemon juice to the melted butter and stir to combine.
6. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the grilled salmon before serving.
