Recipe for bbq vegetables


Here's a simple recipe for BBQ vegetables that you can easily customize based on your preferences:


Ingredients:

  • Assorted vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • BBQ sauce (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash and chop your vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Make sure they are all roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
  3. Place the vegetables in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Once your grill is heated, place the vegetables on the grates or in a grill basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Optional: brush the vegetables with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking for added flavor.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
