Recipe for bbq vegetables
Here's a simple recipe for BBQ vegetables that you can easily customize based on your preferences:
Ingredients:
- Assorted vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- BBQ sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Wash and chop your vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Make sure they are all roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
- Place the vegetables in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once your grill is heated, place the vegetables on the grates or in a grill basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Optional: brush the vegetables with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking for added flavor.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
